We offer 100% virgin human hair bundles sourced from trusted vendors. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for general reference and may vary slightly. 

Custom Colors: 

All custom color requests are considered final sale and may incur additional fees. Please review all color options carefully before purchasing. 

Orders & Payment 

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment options at checkout. Payment must be received in full before products are processed or shipped. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. 

Buy Now, Pay Later Options:

Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

Because all bundles are exclusively prepared, all orders require 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. 

Processing Includes: 

  • Order Verification
  • Quality Inspection
  • Secure packaging preparation

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays).

Please note: 

Shipping speed selected at checkout does not shorten processing time.

Shipping Delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related issues. 

Other Possible Delays

  • USPS or carrier delays
  • Weather conditions 
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Holiday Volume Increases 

We encourage clients with time-sensitive appointments to select Priority shipping and order in advance. 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed. 

Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and tracking has been issued. 

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product itself arrives damaged or defective. 

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. 

Include: 

  • Your full name

  • Order number 

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.
