Custom Colors: 

All custom color requests are considered final sale and may incur additional fees. Please review all color options carefully before purchasing. 

Orders & Payment 

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment options at checkout. Payment must be received in full before products are processed or shipped. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. 

Please note: 

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales). 

Shipping Delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related issues. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your mailing address at checkout before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect due to customer error. 

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product itself arrives damaged or defective. 

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.
