All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales). 

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product itself arrives damaged or defective. 

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

 If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
